Seatran Ferry currently has 8 ferries with an average speed of between 13-16 nautical miles per hour. This means that the journey will take approximately 1 hour and 30 minutes from Donsak to Koh Samui (or from Koh Samui to Donsak) and approximately 2 hour and 30 minutes from Donsak to Koh Phangan (or from Koh Phangan to Donsak). At Seatran Ferry we have a daily service every hour from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm to take you from Nathon Pier on Samui Island or Thongsala Pier on Koh Phangan to Donsak Pier, and from 5:00 am to 6:00 pm from Donsak Pier to Nathon Pier on Samui Island or Thongsala Pier on Koh Phangan.
All of our ferries have been certified and licensed by domestic and overseas organisations, which guarantee superior quality and international safety standards. Seatran will always continually strive to further improve and develop its products and services.

- Booking Changes: You can change your departure date or time if the request is made at least 48 hours before your original departure time. Changes are subject to availability.
- Cancellations & Refunds: Cancellations are only possible up to 48 hours before departure. A 50% refund of the ticket price will be issued for all eligible cancellations.
- Child Pricing: Children under 2 years old travel free. A full-price ticket is required for all passengers aged 2 and above.

- No cancellations within 48 hours of departure and trips may be subject to cancellation due to the weather.
- For cancellations up to 48 hours before departure, 50% of the fare will be refunded.
- No modification within 24 hours of departure.

- Luggage Allowance: Each passenger is permitted to bring one piece of luggage weighing up to 23kg, plus a small personal item (hand luggage) that can be carried on board. Passengers must be able to manage their own luggage.
- For routes to and from the Andaman side (Phuket & Krabi), luggage that is over 20 inches in any dimension (Height > 55 cm, Width > 37 cm, and Depth > 22 cm) may be subject to an extra charge of up to 300 THB.
- Booking Changes: Changes to your departure date or time are permitted, but you must make the request at least 48 hours before your original departure time. Changes are subject to availability.
